<p><strong>Our client, a major player in the aviation cargo industry are actively seeking an Accountable Manager to join their senior management team.<br /> <br /> This role will be a permanent appointment to join their senior management team based in Germany.<br /> <br /> As well as the contract being permanent, there is a fantastic salary available with other benefits such as a relocation allowance and many more benefits.<br /> <br /> The Accountable Manager will be responsible for:<br /> <br /> Organization of the development, introduction and continuous maintenance of the management system as well as establishment and continuous adjustment of the organizational structure<br /> <br /> Appointment and assignment of (a) suitable person(s) to ensure the responsibilities of the management team as well as timely notification of any changes to the LBAgard to safety in accordance with Safety Management and compliance with applicable requirements.<br /> <br /> Organization of the physical and technical conditions enabling the execution and management of all planned tasks and activities in accordance with the applicable requirements, in particular Appointment and assignment of adequate and suitable persons acc, which are responsible for managing and securing the following areas and tasks, as well as ongoing monitoring and training for: - Flight operations, Crew Training, Ground Operations & Continued Airworthiness<br /> <br /> The recruitment team will be able to discuss the role with you in more detail upon your application being received.</strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Basic knowledge of National, European and International legislation relating to the commercial operation of aircraft</strong></li> <li><strong>Comprehensive knowledge of the operator's/company's operating documentation, including the Quality System and the Management System</strong></li> <li><strong>Fluent in German</strong></li> <li><strong>Fluent in English</strong></li> <li><strong>Practical experience and knowledge in application of Safety standards and flight operation procedures</strong></li> <li><strong>Three years management in a similar organisation</strong></li> </ul>
