<p><strong>This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Developer from an Aviation chemical background to join one of the market leaders in the industry on a permanent basis.<br /> <br /> Our client are offering the amazing opportunity to join their team without the need to relocate or worry about the usual challenges when joining a new role.<br /> <br /> Your salary & conditions will be tailored to your needs to ensure this will be the role for you.<br /> <br /> We are seeking someone who has a passion for the aviation industry & loves to travel. In this role, you will lead the global business development for our clients aviation maintenance range. It is a customer facing role working closely with our sales team, regional general managers, and research & development teams.<br /> <br /> Travelling will be a large part of this role so you must be comfortable doing so.<br /> <br /> The role can be based in USA, Europe, Middle East, or SEA.<br /> <br /> The Role will include responsibilities such as:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Launch & establish new products/services to extend our offering globally</strong></li> <li><strong>Develop new selling opportunities at major aircraft MRO service providers and airlines, including product trials</strong></li> <li><strong>Gain critical specifications and approvals from airframe, component manufacturers and end-users</strong></li> <li><strong>Represent the company at industry bodies</strong></li> <li><strong>Identify and develop relationship with market partners, such as equipment suppliers</strong></li> <li><strong>Train internal & partners' staff on application knowledge and latest product innovations</strong></li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Get in touch with our recruitment team to learn more.</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>10+ years' hands-on experience with aviation maintenance chemicals including: cleaners, solvents, paint strippers, CIC, toilet chemicals & other specialty chemicals.</strong></li> <li><strong>Strong network of senior level contacts in the aviation maintenance industry, incl. service providers, airlines, military and OEMs</strong></li> <li><strong>In-depth understanding of aviation standards/procedures</strong></li> <li><strong>Experience with gaining specifications on AMM/CMM/QPL/CML and customers manuals. </strong></li> <li><strong>Independent, self-motivated, play to win attitude</strong></li> <li><strong>Bachelors or higher degree in engineering, chemistry or related</strong></li> </ul>
