Aircraft Designer (for modification to special mission aircraft)

<p><strong>Tasks:</strong><br /> • New and adaptation designs for the modification of aircraft structures as well as integration of mission facilities<br /> • Design of client&nbsp;mission systems/systems<br /> • Creation of production documents – from design in 2D/3D to finished assembly/component drawings&nbsp;<br /> • Creation of product-related documentation such as .B repair instructions, installation and test instructions or manuals<br /> • Preparation of documents for the approval of aircraft modifications<br /> • Technical support for production and aircraft conversion<br /> • Planning and execution of acceptance tests (ground and flight tests)<br /> • Creation of master data, boMs<br /> • Technical analysis and assessment of functional requirements in the supply system<br /> • Product/customer support<br /> &nbsp;<br /> <strong>Required knowledge and experience:</strong><br /> • Completed engineering studies (Dipl. Ing. FH/TH or M.Sc.) with a focus on aerospace or mechanical engineering<br /> • Several years of design experience (3-5 years) in an aviation operation according to EASA Part 21J and EN9100<br /> • Creation of product-accompanying documentation and approval documents in EASA Part 21 J operation<br /> • Experience as a sample test engineer is welcome<br /> • Computer skills: experience in the application of CAD software (ProE Wildfire or similar), MS Office and product data management<br /> • Knowledge of configuration management<br /> • Good English skills in words and writing<br /> • Social skills: rapid understanding; team-oriented; resilient, independent, flexible</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>If interested, send full CV starting earliest start date, and confirmation of the right to work in Germany.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
