<p><strong>We are currently supporting our client in their search for a Team Leader in Design. This is a key appointment within the organisation and offers the successful applicant a very rewarding career where you will be able to make a real difference to the future projects of the company who are an Original Equipment manufacturer.<br /> <br /> Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Functional daily management of the Airframe Design and Systems Integration Team within the New Projects Department</strong></li> <li><strong>Technical oversight of all design activities throughout a development program, from requirements capture until certification and entry-into-service</strong></li> <li><strong>Technical direction and signatory for airframe design and systems integration groups for the entire aircraft</strong></li> <li><strong>Management of all aircraft design data required for aircraft manufacturing, assembly, certification and maintenance</strong></li> <li><strong>Provide and ensure constructive inter-disciplinary interaction across multiple departments and business functions</strong></li> <li><strong>Lead continuous product and process improvements, including weight and cost savings on airframe and systems</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Aircraft Structural Design Experience</strong></li> <li><strong>Leadership & Management experience</strong></li> <li><strong>English fluent & Ideally German</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Get in touch with our recruitment team now to learn more. </strong></p>
