FALCON MAINTENANCE MANAGER

<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong></p> <p>To ensure the Falcon maintenance department functions and operates productively, effectively and efficiently with high levels of safety and customer satisfaction.</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p> <ol> <li align="justify">Ensure effective aircraft/engine/component maintenance in accordance with the company’s objectives</li> <li align="justify">Maintaining and improving the department’s personnel capabilities, technical training, morale and growth in the company.</li> <li align="justify">Effective management and control of production processes.</li> <li align="justify">Conduct proactive planning of aircraft maintenance events to ensure minimum downtime whilst maximising profitability.</li> <li align="justify">Maintaining high level of team efficiency ensuring services meet high standard of quality in accordance with the ExecuJet MRO Services/Dassault Aviation Group’s expectations.</li> <li align="justify">Ensuring maintenance capabilities are expanded from time to time to meet market expectations.</li> <li align="justify">Customer liaison role in ensuring effective communication with clients at all times.</li> <li align="justify">Coordination with other Head of Departments to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in any Falcon maintenance events.</li> <li align="justify">Meeting financial objectives with regards to revenue and cost of maintenance projects. Coordination with Finance department with regards to aircraft warranty/FalconCare claims.</li> <li align="justify">Ensuring that any Safety &amp; Quality findings from audits and customer surveys/complaints are addressed on a timely basis.</li> </ol> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS </strong></p> <p align="justify"><strong>Essential </strong></p> <ol> <li align="justify">Minimum 3 Years’ experience as a Manager or in similar capacity managing a team of staff</li> <li align="justify">Minimum 8 Years’ experience as a qualified Licensed Aircraft Engineer</li> <li align="justify">Falcon 7X/8X, Falcon 2000 EX EASy and Falcon 900 EX EASy type ratings</li> <li align="justify">Holds EASA B1/B2 or any other national airworthiness authority license</li> </ol> <p align="justify"><strong>Desirable </strong></p> <ol> <li align="justify">Microsoft Office products knowledge</li> <li align="justify">FAA A&amp;P license</li> </ol> <p><strong>PERSONAL SPECIFICATION </strong></p> <p><strong>Essential </strong></p> <ol> <li align="justify">Fluent in English (speaking &amp; writing)</li> <li align="justify">Personable character</li> <li align="justify">Excellent interpersonal skills</li> <li align="justify">Leadership and people management skills</li> <li align="justify">Energetic</li> <li align="justify">Committed</li> <li align="justify">Results driven</li> <li align="justify">Willing to relocate</li> </ol> <p align="justify"><strong>Desirable </strong></p> <ol> <li align="justify">Prior experience working in Asia</li> </ol> <p><strong>WORKING HOURS</strong></p> <p>Monday to Friday (0800 Hours – 1700 Hours), however out of hours availability will be required based on business requirements</p> <p><strong>REMUNERATION &amp; BENEFITS</strong></p> <p>To be provided to shortlisted candidates during interview</p> <p><strong>CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS</strong></p> <p>31 JULY 2021</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
