About this role
<p><strong>We are currently recruiting an experienced Storekeeper for our Air Ambulance client based in mainland Europe. They operate a fleet of both fixed wing and rotary aircraft. This is a permanent role offering a very competitive salary as well as other benefits such as company pension.<br /> <br /> There is an immediate start date available for this role but do discuss it with us if availability is an issue.<br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Select part and service suppliers based on operational needs (cost effectivity or TAT)<br /> Order parts and services as required (based on cost effectivity or TAT)<br /> Evaluate suppliers based on KPI’s (on time delivery, warranty cases) and /or supplier evaluations<br /> Handling of warranty issues and negotiation of warranty claims<br /> Managing the stock of spare parts, consumables and tools<br /> Handling of stock minima’s and inventory control<br /> Prepare and provide spare parts, tools and material to the maintenance department<br /> Inspecting delivered components and goods, in regard to the related documents, packing and condition<br /> Being responsible for all shipments of components (exchange, repair, overhaul, AOG parts support)<br /> Ensuring regular reporting to the Maintenance Manager<br /> Participate in audits (EASA, ISO)<br /> Crosscheck of purchase orders versus invoices<br /> <br /> Get in touch with our recruitment team to learn more.</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Logistics & supply chain knowledge</strong></li> <li><strong>Knowledge of EASA & Dangerous goods an asset</strong></li> <li><strong>Previous storekeeper in aviation</strong></li> </ul>
