<p><strong>We are pleased to announce one of our newest clients, a world renowned MRO organisation who are looking to appoint a Product Manager.<br /> <br /> The role offers a permanent contract with a great salary as well as including Monday - Friday office hours, health insurance and other company benefits.<br /> <br /> The Product Manager is responsible for the commercial bidding and contracting function within the individual assigned projects with moderate complexity in the business field Aircraft Services. He / She is responsible for an efficient management and execution of the assigned projects’ internal bid process generating effective results in terms of market-compliant competitive proposals, state-of-the-art contracts and accurate internal financial modeling on the basis of standard templates and/or the customers contract in line with internal governing commercial, legal and financial standards, rules and guidelines.<br /> <br /> Your tasks:<br /> <br /> • To promote a positive Safety Culture and to ensure that Safety and Quality Policy is communicated/promoted and implemented within the Organization;<br /> • To ensure that all elements of the SMS are properly implemented, maintained and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS related duties and responsibilities as defined in SMS Manual;<br /> • Management and execution of internal bid, proposal/contract and approval process and control of processing and closing of proposals with involvement of any needed external and internal providers/business partners or subcontractors;<br /> • Assessment of customer requests and proposal requirements, evaluation of key success factors for bid decision and win proposition;<br /> • Alignment with stakeholders to establish robust and realizable internal and external proposal and contract content and documentation during offer phase. Definition of customized service concept (scope, service levels, performance parameters, terms and conditions, exclusions) in line with existing product, price and contract standards;<br /> • Development of offer and contract content and documentation in line with existing standards and templates. Provision of all required financial and legal documents for bid and approval decisions in line with internal financial and legal governance;<br /> • To manage the commercialization of products and services (from potential and past projects);<br /> • Ensure efficient execution of the internal bid process leading to effective results in terms of market compliant and competitive proposals, state-of-the-art contracts and improved hit rates, based on accurate internal financial models and broadly managed cost/price parameters and standards;<br /> • Assure robust and realizable contract content during the offer phase and the proper contract handover to the Account Management and correct understanding of the financial terms and conditions;<br /> • Support the continuous contract review including the definition of appropriate actions to achieve the<br /> required improvements and reduction of identified risks and shortfalls to improve contract clarity and to reduce potentials for disputes;<br /> • Ensure accuracy of pre-calculation and financial modeling for assigned projects;<br /> • Create and elaborate possible actions based on learning and experiences out of the "post mortem" process to prevent further failings on existing and new customers and contracts;<br /> • Ensure appropriate product/services catalogue are updated with pricing and lead-time;<br /> • Engage in other duties and/or projects as may be assigned from time to time.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Business Admin or Engineering Degree</strong></li> <li><strong>Min 3 years experience aviation MRO industry</strong></li> <li><strong>Tech knowledge in Part 145 activities</strong></li> <li><strong>Fluent English</strong></li> <li><strong>Contract Negotiations</strong></li> <li><strong>Right to live and work in the EU</strong></li> </ul>
