This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with experience in aviation compliance or safety to develop their skills and responsibilities within a dynamic and fast growing aviation company within a wide variety of aircraft and operations. The right candidate will be given the chance to grow their role within the company.</p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>The role of the Aviation Compliance and Safety Officer will include:</p>- Assisting during company internal and external audits</p>- Developing, improving and implementing business processes</p>- Updating company operational procedures in line with senior management requirements</p>- Reviewing and briefing on regulatory changes and impacts</p>- Assisting with minute taking during senior management meetings</p>- Performing base visits to review and assist with compliance monitoring</p>- Assist the safety manager with updating and promulgating documentation</p>- Assist with the scheduling of key safety and compliance meetings and initiatives</p>- Management and processing of key crew training records and scheduling of crew training requirements in accordance with compliance system</p>We are looking for a highly self-motivated, organised and capable individual who works well in a diverse team and on their own initiative and at all levels of an organisation.
