<p><strong> CAE PARC Aviation is a global business providing Resourcing solutions within the Aviation Sector </strong></p><p><strong>We are actively seeking for an Operations Officer in The Middle East.</strong></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong></strong>Review each flight to ensure satisfactory crew are obtainable.</p><p>Ensure all flights scheduled are in full compliance of FTL and FDP.</p><p>Ensure all flight logistics are confirmed and potential risks are anticipated.</p><p>Provide comprehensive briefings to all cockpit and cabin crew.</p><p>Conduct ongoing flight watch and communicate with all flights to ensure all changes have been informed.</p><p>Monitor all communication circuits.</p><p>Maintain impeccable, concise, appropriate and precise records of all actions and save all information in relevant and suitable detail within relevant company systems.</p><p>Support the Director of Grounds Operation, Head of OCC, OCC Duty Manager and Operations Controller in achieving zero findings in every audit result.</p><p>Work proactively and dependably by acting and taking full possession of assigned duties.</p><p>Be a key associate of the OCC team, working in full partnership to support colleagues and the operation as needed, in full arrangement with Core Values.</p><p><strong>Minimum Experience and Qualification:</strong></p><p><strong></strong>3 years' experience as an Operations Officer, Operations Controller or similar role, preferably under GACA Part 125 regulations and/or private category, widebody aircraft operations.</p><p>Minimum 3 years' experience working within an international OCC environment.</p><p>Education to Degree level desirable, preferably in a technical or aviation discipline.</p><p>Certificates of training or competence in relevant aviation subject matter.</p><p>Proficiency in English and Arabic or another language.</p><p>Proficiency in MS Office applications and aviation systems.</p><p>Thorough regulatory knowledge and compliance awareness.</p><p><strong> Benefits Package </strong></p><p>Excellent packages with benefits available</p><p>If you are interested in having a confidential discussion to find out more, please contact: <a href="mailto:ruby.li@cae.com" rel="no-follow">ruby.li@cae.com</a></p><p><a href="http://www.cae.com/aviationjobs" rel="no-follow"> www.cae.com/aviationjobs </a></p><p>"CAE Parc Aviation is an Equal Opportunities Employer.</p><p>Personal data provided by applicants will be used strictly in accordance with our personal data policy.
