<img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/YXNobGV5LmV3ZW4uNTI3NjcuNDI0QGZhc3RzdHJlYW0uYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif" rel="no-follow" /><br /><p>Goose are currently seeking an IT Administrator for one of our clients based in Malta.</p><p>Key duties and responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Deliver high-quality first/second line IT support to internal users in a professional manner;</li><li>Taking care of staff on/offboarding processes;</li><li>Acting as a point of contact when it comes to IT support for employees;</li><li>Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade equipment;</li><li>Active Directory management: computers, users (new, close, permissions)</li><li>Keeping inventory of IT purchases and assets - creating/updating inventory records, assigning equipment to users, auditing inventory, performing decommissioning;</li><li>Maintain the necessary documentation;</li><li>Actively manage IT Helpdesk requests.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Qualifications, knowledge and experience requirements: </p><ul><li>A minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support environment</li><li>Experience in the administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Account users and e-mailboxes</li><li>Keeping up-to-date on Windows and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Knowledge of networking concepts</li><li>Strong analytical troubleshooting skills for IT</li><li>Good awareness of IT data security standards </li><li>IT Degree and or related qualifications</li><li>Aviation Exposure would be highly advantagous</li></ul><p> </p><p>Benefits </p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Fun Team building activities</li><li>Travel Insurance</li><li>Personal Accident Insurance </li><li>Encouragement of innovation and support in personal and professional growth </li></ul><ul><li>Offices with beautiful out door space, facing the yacht marina</li></ul>
