<p><strong>We are recruiting for the position of Post Holder – Quality Assurance, Safety and ERP for Armenia's newest start-up airline.<br /> <br /> Our Client, Armenia's newest start-up airline is supported by its Group, which holds AOCs across the Middle East and North Africa and operates scheduled services to 170 destinations in the Middle East, North Africa, the Indian subcontinent, Central Asia and Europe to 22 countries from Sharjah, 28 destinations in 9 countries .<br /> <br /> Central Asia has become a key strategic market for our Client, and as a result, they have announced the set-up of their next LCC AOC in Armenia.<br /> <br /> As the Post Holder – Quality Assurance, Safety and ERP, you will be accepted and approved by the Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA) as “Post Holder”, You<br /> shall monitor and verify all activities in the areas of Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Training, Security, Engineering & Maintenance ensuring all are being carried under the supervision of the relevant “Nominated Post Holder” in compliance with Airline, CAA, and other Regulatory Bodies’ standard requirements and regulations.<br /> You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and developing the Airline’s Safety Management System (SMS) and to promote safety awareness and accident prevention methods throughout the organization whilst ensuring that the adherence to Quality and Safety remains the Company’s priority.</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Fluent in Armenian and English is essential</strong></li> <li><strong>Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence and/or Aviation-related degree and experience in Auditing or ATPL with combined experience and exposure</strong></li> <li><strong>Eligible for approval by the Armenian CAA as “Post Holder”</strong></li> <li><strong>Certificates related to Auditing, Quality Assurance and/or Compliance such as IOSA or ISO are highly desirable and some may be treated as conditional for this role</strong></li> <li><strong>Previous A320 or Airbus Operator Experience highly desirable</strong></li> <li><strong>Minimum of 4 years at least leading the “Quality Assurance” / “Compliance” function</strong></li> <li><strong>Extensive knowledge of regulatory bodies’ rules and regulations and requirements pertaining to Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Flight Training, and Engineering</strong></li> </ul>
