<p><strong>IT Technician</strong></p> <p>We are currently recruiting for an IT Technician to join our team based in Kemble on a permanent basis.</p> <p>As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing effective IT support across all aspects of the business. This job will require periodic visits to other UK sites and occasional international travel.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support and maintenance of the Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems, and Microsoft Exchange environment</li> <li>General maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software</li> <li>Developer skills to maintain the intranet and group website</li> <li>Set up and configure new laptops, desktops and servers</li> <li>Back-up and support the Group IT Manager, including occasional cover and liaison with third-party hardware, software and service providers</li> </ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Previous IT support experience</li> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems</li> <li>Strong customer service focus</li> <li>Ability to prioritise workloads</li> <li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in this job opportunity then please apply now by emailing your CV to emma.race@resourcegroup.co.uk.</p>
