They are looking for talented passionate people with the ability to hit the ground running and achieve results.</strong></p> <p><strong>Due to the progressive expansion of our team, we are looking for an experienced and passionate aviation enthusiast to join our ambitious team in mainland Europe.<br /> <br /> This is a permanent role with an immediate start date available. You will manage a team of 4 people and manage a fleet of 21 aircraft.<br /> <br /> The role will include but is not limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Creating a cooperative environment with open communication and fostering teamwork</strong></li> <li><strong>Responsibility for the entire crew support department incl. planning of the monthly shift schedule</strong></li> <li><strong>Crew rostering: Strategic crew planning for a fleet of 21 aircraft</strong></li> <li><strong>Short term troubleshooting on the day to day crew schedule</strong></li> <li><strong>Fleet optimization in regards to crew planning parameters</strong></li> <li><strong>Management and organization of all crew logistics to include: travel arrangements and accommodation</strong></li> <li><strong>Management and organization of office and maintenance team logistics to include: travel arrangements and accommodation</strong></li> <li><strong>Scheduling of crew aircraft training in coordination with the training department</strong></li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Get in touch with our recruitment team to learn more.</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience in Leadership</strong></li> <li><strong>Experience in a similar role</strong></li> <li><strong>Fluent English</strong></li> <li><strong>Must be eligible to live and work in EU</strong></li> </ul>
