<p><strong><u>Marketing Manager</u></strong></p> <p>We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. You will develop and deliver creative marketing & communication strategies for the whole business on an international scale, providing a wide range of marketing solutions to various business streams. Remote with travel. Proximity to one of European locations preferred.</p> <p><u><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></u></p> <p>In addition to the functions detailed below, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. In addition, key objectives and targets will be set/established and agreed on appointment.</p> <ul> <li>Creating and managing multi-channel campaigns as well as preparing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.</li> <li>Collaboration and engagement with key internal stakeholders at all levels on an international scale.</li> <li>Monitoring and optimising Google Adwords and Google Analytics performance, providing monthly reports to SMT, whilst recommending actionable next steps to improve future activity to stakeholders.</li> <li>Strengthen brands and reputation of Resource Group utilizing all marketing streams.</li> <li>Managing new product/ capability brands and new launches that are aligned to business growth objectives.</li> <li>Working with HR to create internal campaigns that support employee well-being and company culture.</li> <li>Drive improvements to companies’ digital media platforms and the quality of content.</li> <li>Manage websites, with the approach to continuously improve design, content, and structure.</li> <li>Engage with employees through proactive communication covering key information, news and developments within the company and wider industry.</li> <li>Own and develop brand guidelines and department policies and keep these updated.</li> <li>Budget management for group.</li> <li>Implementing best practice in our messaging and branding both internally & externally.</li> <li>Line management of the Marketing Executive.</li> </ul> <p><u><strong>Qualifications:</strong></u></p> <p><u>Qualification/Education Required</u></p> <ul> <li>Marketing or related degree</li> <li>Relevant marketing related qualification</li> </ul> <p><u>Experience Required</u></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience within a relevant marketing profession with either a recognized apprenticeship, appropriate degree, formal qualification, or equivalent relevant work experience.</li> <li>Significant experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Software. The use of InDesign, illustrator & Photoshop are essential. Premier & After Effects are desirable.</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Experience of working in complex, matrix organisations would be helpful.</li> <li>Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Experience of implementing a wide range of integrated marketing campaigns.</li> <li>Experience of using and implementing digital marketing techniques.</li> <li>An analytical and adaptable approach, and willingness to embrace change and innovate.</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of SEO with experience of Google Adwords and Analytics.</li> <li>WordPress knowledge & experience would be beneficial.</li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in this job opportunity, then please apply now by emailing your CV to emma.race@resourcegroup.co.uk</p>
