<p>Job description</p> <p><strong>Documentation Manager (f/m/d) for EASA space projects. </strong></p> <p><strong>Customer Airbus Defence &Space (AIR ST)</strong></p> <p>The jobholder (f/m/d) is responsible for the following tasks:</p> <ul> <li>To request the documentation to be managed</li> <li>Verify the completeness and accuracy of the formalities</li> <li>Coordination of internal documentation including clarification of differences in technical/contractual matters</li> <li>Compilation of project specific reports (periodical/on request)</li> <li>Support of the team within the using of the internal form sheets</li> <li>Implementation of project specific requirements in the different documentation data bases</li> <li>Provisioning of Documents</li> <li>Correction of incorrect assignment of document data in the documentation data bases</li> <li>Collaboration via the establishment of the environment for documentation according to the existing CD/CD-regularities and actual concepts for data security</li> <li>Personal requirements: Team player with excellent communication skills Service and customer orientated person with high sense of responsibility High level of assertiveness</li> <li><strong>Severely disabled applicants will be given special consideration if they are equally qualified</strong></li> </ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>At least a Bachelor degree - or equivalent</li> <li>Completed vocational training specially for technical training</li> <li>German and English required</li> <li>1-2 years experience</li> <li>Good IT required, especially Windchill, SAP, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat / Nuane</li> <li>Experience with information systems (Confluence, Google, Workspace etc)</li> <li>If possible experience in space projects (ESA)</li> <li>Experience in PLM connect tool environment (Windchill) is beneficial</li> </ul> <p>Note this is a G37 computer screen job</p> <p>Start: Immediate</p> <p>Duration: to 31.12.2022 extendible</p> <p>If interested, please send a full CV detailing you meet the above requirements</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
