Quality Inspector

<p>Zenon is delighted to be commissioned by one of the UK’s Premier FBO &amp; Maintenance Repair Organisations to source a Quality Inspector for their facilities based in Stansted.</p> <p>Minimum Skills and Experience:-</p> <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensuring compliance with inspection procedures<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Producing inspection reports and FAIRs<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Controlling of non-conformities and MRB activities<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Support KPI activities and data collection<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Keeping relevant records up to date<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Liaising with relevant internal/external customers on issues<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Continually seeking to improve inspection activities<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensuring the cleanliness, neatness, and orderliness of his/her area of responsibility (5S)<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Undertaking special tasks as directed by the senior management<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Use of CMM with Virtual Dmis software and working to 3D models<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Measuring of components with various hand tools (vernier, micrometer etc.)<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Previous technical experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Previous experience in a similar role<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledge of problem-solving techniques (root cause and 5 whys etc)<br /> •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to read aerospace drawings and models</p> <p><br /> Why Choose Zenon Aviation?</p> <p>In the ever changing and dynamic market place, Zenon Aviation knows that the support and care we provide to candidates is vital in assisting you in achieving your career aspirations.
