About this role
<p>From Resource Group we are currently looking for a <strong>Baggage Handling Shift Supervisor </strong>to be based in our Middle East Airport Operator.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>The <strong>Baggage Handling Shift Supervisor </strong>will be responsible to ensure safe and smooth baggage handling, PLB And BME operations and O&M activities according to agreed procedures and SLA.</p> <p>Also, will be responsible to ensure staff and contractors follow agreed SLAs procedures, work instructions and method statements.</p> <p>Responsible for FIFA related activities as assigned by the Line Manager.</p> <p>This position will report directly to Baggage Handling Schedule Operator</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree is a must preferable in the field of Airport Operations/ Business / Hospitality Management or Engineering / Computer Science.</li> <li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in Airport/Airline/Ground Handling Operation.</li> <li>Certificate in LEAN, on the job training, Trainer and/or Project management are advantageous.</li> <li>Certified occupational Health and Safety Officer is highly advantageous</li> <li>Excellent presentation and / or creative graphic design skills. </li> <li>Excellent written and spoken English skills, able to write technical reports, work instructions and train others</li> </ul> <p><strong>Conditions</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Permanent position</li> <li>Remuneration in accordance with experience + additional benefits</li> </ul>
