<p><strong>Job description</strong></p> <p>The jobholder will work as Industrial Assembly Specialist (d/f/m) in a transnational team located in 8 different sites in 4 countries. The overall responsibilities will involve the management of Assembly Technology projects in different Production sites, representation of Manufacturing Engineering in Multi Functional Teams and involvement in Airbus wide projects on Assembly processes. The jobholder is furthermore responsible for the following tasks: Managing Assembly projects with focus on best in class Assembly process in collaboration with all Production & Assembly sites Supporting Production sites to adapt Assembly processes to stabilize and improve Production cycle & cost Designing and developing technologies & processes to support future R&T initiatives and new product strategy at Airbus</p> <p><strong>Personal Requirements:</strong></p> <p>Excellent communication skills with people of all cultural backgrounds Strong collaborative and customer-oriented mindset Comfortable managing complex and dynamic projects in a transnational enviroment Job is located in Hamburg, but the jobholder needs to be available for international business travel (estimated 1-3 days per quarter)</p> <p> </p> <p>IMPORTANT: You must have a command of English and German, and hold a EU passport or hold a valid work permit</p>
