<p>Authorities and powers - Guide the Pilot to move the aircraft using standard phraseology - Operating the hoist - During an emergency: acting according to Standard Operating Procedures</p><p>Duties and responsibilities</p><p>- Professional teamwork with customers</p><p>- Responsibility for the safety in the cabin during hoist operations</p><p>- Compliance with the regulations and procedures laid down in the operations manual Tasks</p><p>- Operating the hoist - Supervision of hoist passengers during routine and emergency operations</p><p>- Crew cooperation with the pilots during hoist operations</p><p>- Communication with customers - Conducting hoist passenger briefings</p><p>- Checking the weather and limitations</p><p>- Survival Equipment monitoring and utilization</p><p>- Preparation of the helicopter before hoist operations</p><p>- Classroom, ground and inflight training of hoist passengers</p><p>Requirements</p><p>- Technical vocational training or emergency medical technician</p><p>- Knowledge of helicopter operations offshore</p><p>-Good English language skills</p><p>- Empathic and strong personality</p><p>- Teamplayer</p><p>- Good state of health (Class 2 flight crew medical) and high flexibility</p>
