<p><strong>Our Client has been active in the ACMI/Charter market for over 30 years. Due to expansion we are now recruiting for an Operations Planning Manager.<br /> <br /> As the industry emerges from Covid-19, our client has secured further long term contracts and expanded into the cargo sector.<br /> Operating a double-digit fleet of aircraft, (wide and narrow-body), the Operations Planning Manager will oversee a team of x3 pre-ops/ops planners to ensure operational delivery of commercial contracts secured by the company.. This is a senior role, and you will be responsible for shaping the long-term success of the OPs Planning Department.<br /> <br /> The position is office-based, with a degree of flexibility required outside office hours and willingness to travel when required.</strong></p> <p><br /> <strong>Of particular interest will be Operations Planning Managers currently at other UK airlines, or those with 3 years' previous experience in a supervisory role in Cargo and Passenger operations or holders of Aircraft Dispatch licence or equivalent Aviation Qualification.</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Right to live and work in UK</strong></li> <li><strong>Operations Planning Manager or 3 years' experience in a management/supervisory role in Cargo or Passenger Operations</strong></li> <li><strong>Flexibility out of hours and willingness to travel</strong></li> <li><strong>Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (unless medically exempt)</strong></li> </ul>
