Subject to fully meeting our requirements, we will facilitate your relocation.</p> <p><strong>Your role</strong><br /> As Head of Human Resources you will be in charge of recruiting, training and retaining world class talent to deliver our superior customer service. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and work together with the entire management team to establish staff current and future needs.</p> <p><br /> <strong>Your tasks</strong></p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with the management team in formulating the company's future HR Strategy;</li> <li>Liaise with all functional departments to identify current and future manpower requirements;</li> <li>Develop a competency framework for the entire organization, adapting it to the specific requirements of each department;</li> <li>Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives;</li> <li>Develop comprehensive recruiting, training and retention plans;</li> <li>Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective;</li> <li>Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally;</li> <li>Act as ambassador for the company at key industry conferences, forums and working groups.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your profile</strong></p> <p>Ideally you:</p> <ul> <li>Hold a BSc/BA degree in HR Management or equivalent field, ideally complemented with an advanced degree MSc/MA/MBA by a reputable international university;</li> <li>Have a 10+ year-long HR management background ideally at an international airline with proven track record of manging people;</li> <li>Strong HR functional expertise of building high-quality programs in all core areas — HR policies/procedures, payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and labour and employment law, etc.</li> <li>Have experience in establishing HR budgets, controlling its execution;</li> <li>Have experience working with cross-functional teams;</li> <li>Are self-motivated and focused on results with a proven ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, delegate effectively and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Display the highest level of integrity and are equipped with the initiative and curiosity to solve problems, a people and team-oriented individual and self-starter.</li> <li>Have superior written and verbal communications, decision making, problem-solving, and organizational skills essential;</li> <li>Are a proficient in the use of MS Office software</li> <li>Are fluent in English.
