<p><strong>We are delighted to be assisting our client in their search for a Deputy Head of Safety and Compliance.<br /> <br /> Our client is a highly respected presence in the Aviation Industry, With over 35 years’ experience in the charter, management and sales of aircraft. Over this time our client have proven themselves to be a permanent and prominent force in an ever changing industry.<br /> <br /> Our client have three facilities, one based in the South West, one conveniently based at Biggin Hill Airport, London and one at Gloucestershire Airport. They own their own fleet of luxury fitted Agusta Westland A109 turbine helicopters.<br /> <br /> Our client is now looking for a Deputy Head of Safety and Compliance to join their team at their Biggin Hill location .The ideal candidate will have the right to live and work in the UK and have at experience as a safety and compliance / Quality Manager within a CAA approved organisation, ideally across both operational and maintenance approvals.<br /> <br /> This exciting opportunity is a full time role based at Biggin Hill , Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700 reporting to the Head of Safety and Compliance.<br /> Nominated Deputy for all approvals for the Safety and Compliance / Quality roles.<br /> The role of Deputy Head of Safety and Compliance will be required to travel regularly to other company bases and customer / sub-contract sites required to undertake audits and other duties.</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>The right to live and work in the UK</strong></li> <li><strong>Experience as a Safety & Compliance / Quality Manager within a CAA approved organisation</strong></li> <li><strong>Good working knowledge of CAA Regulatory Requirements</strong></li> <li><strong>Qualified Auditor</strong></li> <li><strong>Ability to develop a positive safety and compliance culture across operations and Maintenance</strong></li> <li><strong>Experienced in the use of MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, ideally with experience of Centrik or similar system, such as Q Pulse</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Get in touch with our recruitment team to learn more. </strong></p>
