<img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/QW5pdGEuV2lzZW1hbi43NTcyMC40MjRAZmFzdHN0cmVhbS5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif" rel="no-follow" /><br /><p><strong>GOOSE Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Paralegal / Legal Assistant on behalf of a reputable Aviation company based in the Poland, it will be supporting the companies legal teams with numerous interesting projects.</strong></p><p><strong>Role & Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul><li>Drafting contracts, LOIs, MOUs</li><li>Coordinate communication across legal teams of the company, its carriers and suppliers</li><li>Create contract summaries</li><li>Filling and maintenance of contracts database</li><li>Manage contracts life-cycle / price expiration reviews</li><li>Work with legal teams to improve template</li></ul><p> <strong>Requirements</strong> </p><ul><li>1 year experience - Paralegal or similar position</li><li>Experience working within a or law Firm or in an in house position</li><li>Transactional experience will be beneficial </li><li>Must have the rights to live and work in the EU</li><li>2 - 4 days in the office / remainder work from home</li></ul><p><strong>All applications will be handled in the strictest confidence</strong></p>
