<p><strong>Simulation Systems Engineer (f/m/d)</strong></p> <p>This superb position, is near to where many tourists come to ski, and in the summer to visit the Castles, Museums and tourist attractions. The contracts last up to 3 years, after which you may receive a direct job offer, another job or career with Bishop GmbH. </p> <p>In the Airbus Defence & Space Military Aircraft Simulation Domain we are developing and integrating high fidelity Engineering and Training Simulations for a variety of aircraft systems, supporting their entire product lifecycle.</p> <p>Under the term "Virtual Engineering" (VE), the VE team is establishing a new way-of-working in the European MALE RPAS (Eurodrone) programme: The mission is to generate and deploy a central simulation and all associated governance, processes and tools, in order to support the development, integration and verification of the European MALE RPAS. We will also develop and build the Eurodrone Training Simulators. For the Eurodrone Virtual Engineering project, we are looking for a Simulation Systems Engineer. As a member of our team you will support the definition, validation and delivery of real-time simulations of complex aircraft systems to enhance the engineering approach within Airbus Defence & Space.</p> <p>The jobholder works as a <strong>Simulation Systems Engineer </strong>(f/m/d) and the main tasks are:</p> <ul> <li>Development and documentation of MALE-RPAS real-time system simulation architecture</li> <li>Perform internal-customer simulation needs capture from integration and verification teams</li> <li>Derivation of simulation requirements for MALE-RPAS real-time system models</li> <li>Derivation of simulation-specific test cases for MALE-RPAS real-time system models</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Very good communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and self-motivated</li> <li>You are able to work in big teams and are an excellent team player</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Electrical Engineering with at least a Bachelor or </li> <li>IT with at least a Bachelor or</li> <li>Engineering with at least a Bachelor or </li> <li>Aeronautical Engineering at least a Bachelor</li> </ul> <p><strong>IT</strong></p> <ul> <li>MS-Office at least detailed Knowledge of Windows and Linux is required</li> <li>Knowledge of Agile / Lean methodologies and related tools are required</li> <li>Knowledge of 3rd generation of software version control Systems are highly appreciated</li> </ul> <p><strong>Languages</strong></p> <ul> <li>English at least to business level </li> <li>German, Spanish and French language skills are beneficial</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience </strong></p> <ul> <li>Professional experience in the field of systems engineering,simulation software development and software testing is needed</li> <li>Experience with requirement derivation & management is required</li> <li>Experience with test case derivation & management is necessary</li> <li>Experience in UAV development would be beneficial</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge </strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of aircraft systems is required</li> <li>Experience with IBM DOORS, SysML/UML architecture & tools is a plus</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD or DevOps tools and Scripting languages (e.g. bash, python) is highly appreciated </li> </ul> <p><strong>Conditions, benefits</strong></p> <p>Hours 35 hrs week / 152.5 hrs + paid holidays + 50% medical paid + 50% al social deductions </p> <p><strong>Legal requirements</strong></p> <p>Ideally a EU passport, if not, a work permit will be applied for.</p> <p>This position is covered by a "secure hiring process", so expect to be asked detailed questions about your back ground because of the security connected to this position.</p> <p><strong>Tourist information</strong></p> <p><a href="https://www.minube.co.uk/travel/germany/bavaria/manching" rel="no-follow">Travel to Manching : Trips to Manching (minube.co.uk)</a></p> <p> </p>
