<p><strong>Part Time Job: Administrative Assistant (in the Flight Standards Directorate) EASA Cologne</strong></p> <p>We are proud to offer this part time position working as interim <strong>Administrative Assistant (in the Flight Standards Directorate) EASA Cologne. </strong>Reporting to Air Operations Implementation Section Manager. <strong> </strong>Staff member will be on a 50% part-time basis. There is therefore a strong need for interim support to ensure business continuity and efficiency in the department. This is ideal for someone with a family, studying, caring for a relative - or between jobs.</p> <p><strong>MAIN TASKS </strong></p> <p>Overall purpose of the job</p> <p>1. To perform editorial reviews of documents</p> <p>2. To reimburse external experts using SAP</p> <p>3. To correspond with external stakeholders</p> <p>4. To coordinate and collate briefing notes and reports</p> <p>5. To coordinate, schedule and prepare internal meetings</p> <p>6. To maintain the Inspecting Database (IDB)</p> <p>7. To maintain the qualification records of internal experts</p> <p>8. To update the document management system (DMS), including scheduling, rostering tools, contact list, qualification register.</p> <p><strong>REQUESTED PROFILE/ADDITIONAL COMMENTS</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of and/or professional experience with administrative processes </li> <li>Strong IT skills (MS Office, in particular Excel), including good command of SAP and professional experience with document management systems </li> <li>Professional experience with procurement and financial processes </li> <li>Excellent communication skills with very good command of the English language </li> <li>Ability to act with diplomacy and tact when interacting with internal and external stakeholders </li> <li>Professional experience with organising meetings</li> <li>Ability to collaborate well with others to achieve results</li> </ul> <p>Start date 01.10.2022</p> <p>End date 16.12.2022 (anyone who is good may receive a extension)</p> <p>This is a great opportunity for entry level career with EASA, and or to build up your CV and career.</p> <p>Valid EU passport or work permit required </p>
