About this role
<p>For possibly the best airline in the world, we are now looking for a motivated candidate for the Hamburg, Germany location for the following position:</p> <p><strong>Aircraft mechanic - engine technology (m/f/d) Ref.2022_601</strong></p> <p><br /> <strong>Task profile:</strong><br /> Independent execution of activities according to qualification and authorization as well as in compliance with the defined processes (especially IQ-Move)</p> <p>Carrying out disassembly and assembly work on Auxiliary Power Units (APU)<br /> Performing manual repair work on APUs<br /> Carrying out measurement tasks and interim checks<br /> Evaluation of APU components according to Approved Data (e.g. Engine Manual)</p> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> General school leaving certificate<br /> General technical vocational training<br /> Relevant, operational or professional experience in the engine or APU area desirable<br /> Proven good knowledge of English<br /> Completed basic courses as an engine mechanic (LHT as an aviation company, IQM, human factors, engine fundamentals, LHT component shop procedures, EWIS for TG4)<br /> Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility<br /> Ability to work in a team</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency:</strong><br /> English advanced<br /> Have we stirred your interest?
