About this role
<p>For possibly the world's best airline, we are now looking for a motivated candidate for the Frankfurt am Main, Germany location for the following position:</p> <p><strong>Graduate in Business Administration (m/f/d) Ref.2022_604Task profile:</strong></p> <p><br /> Main tasks: 1.<br /> 1. Contract management: documentation of contracts/areas, commercial Supervision of current contracts, - rent and ancillary cost statements, clarification of differences and disputes with landlords and tenants</p> <p>2. Provision of information for M&A transactions/due diligence; Balance sheet preparation according to IFRS16 (going concern forecasts/Innosys; contractual fulfillment provisions; press inquiries etc.</p> <p>3. Portfolio management: projects/decision preparation for strategy and transactions (needs, deadlines/options, alternatives, economic evaluation), support for template creation (or quality assurance LH Group)</p> <p>4. Transaction Management.: Procurement and marketing/exploitation; Negotiation management, preparation and implementation of portfolio transactions; Contract formations/terminations.</p> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> - University degree in economics, engineering, architecture, civil engineering, law, political science, natural sciences or comparable<br /> - Experience in CREM / Lease Management<br /> - Knowledge of business administration & relevant areas of law<br /> - Outgoing, analytical mind</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency:</strong><br /> At least English B2<br /> Have we stirred your interest?
