<p>CAE Parc Aviation is the global leader in the provision of resourcing and technical services to the aviation industry.</p><p>We are currently seeking for a <strong>Customer Interface Manager </strong>on behalf of a leading airline in Ireland.</p><p>The purpose of the role is to provide interface communications with customer from a technical and financial standpoint.</p><p><strong> Job title: </strong> Customer Interface Manager</p><p><strong> Location: </strong> Dublin, Ireland</p><p><strong> Reports to: </strong> Director Technical Engineering</p><p><strong> Contract: </strong> Permanent</p><p><strong> Key Accountabilities: </strong></p><ul> <ul>Ensure consistent standards with customer fleet</ul> </ul> <p>Monitor implementation of the customer contract</p><p>Manage interface between Base Maintenance (Customer Account) and Line Maintenance</p><p>Maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility.
