About this role
<p>The job holder works as a <strong>Developer (m/f/d) digital media</strong> and will take on the following<br /> Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Development and support of training media for technician and pilot training (der</li> <li>Focus is on training manuals and web-based training)</li> <li>Development management (including resource and budget planning, drafting of service descriptions and specifications)</li> <li>Project tracking and reporting</li> <li>Analysis of client, program and instructor needs</li> <li>Pedagogical conception, development planning, creation and project management</li> <li>Use and integration of external data (e.g. design data)</li> <li>Product configuration management</li> </ul> <p>You will work in the area of ??training (customer training and develop and maintain media for the<br /> Training of our helicopter pilots and technicians. Our training media are based on 3D<br /> data and are web-based. You will work directly with technical experts and suppliers.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Personal requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Team player</li> <li>Communication skills</li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English</p> <p><br /> <strong>Required training</strong><br /> Technician or comparable qualification as a media designer</p> <p><strong>Other qualification requirements</strong><br /> Experience in dealing with content management systems (we work with SIRIUS from<br /> ACOLADA) and single source publishing<br /> Experience in creating and editing .xml and 3D data<br /> Experience in creating web based trainings<br /> Enjoy project management</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>A valid EU passport is required (otherwise we will support and sponsor excellent candidates for a work permit).
