<p align="center"><strong>Administrative Assistant - Procurement</strong></p> <p align="center"><strong>In the Executive Directorate</strong></p> <p>Superb Interim position at EASA for those who wish to work for an EU Institution, and gain valuable experience which may lead to the possibility of an permanent career.</p> <p><strong>Overall purpose of the job</strong></p> <ol> <li>To provide administrative support in launching and administering tendering procedures;</li> <li>To support in opening and evaluation sessions related to current and future procurement procedures;</li> <li>To draft notification letters and associated documents;</li> <li>To organise meetings, and related document management (print and scan, bind and send contracts);</li> <li>To accurately enter vendor and contract data into SAP;</li> <li>To file and archive procurement documents;</li> <li>Any others similar tasks as above.</li> </ol> <p><strong><em>Please list all relevant aspects or additional comments for the requested profile. </em></strong></p> <ul> <li>At least completed secondary education;</li> <li>Preferably University degree or equivalent or relevant training in the area of legal/procurement;</li> <li>Relevant professional experience in providing administrative support as well as relevant work experience in public procurement (preferably EU) of at least one year;</li> <li>Very good command of both written and spoken English, preferably also very good command in German;</li> <li>High moral integrity and sense of legality and confidentiality;</li> <li>Good communication / interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment;</li> <li>Good organisational skills;</li> <li>Good computer literacy, particularly with Word, Excel, Outlook as well as SAP</li> <li>Ideally you must have <strong>Public Sector</strong> experience</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Behavioural competencies:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Accuracy</li> <li>Effective organisational skills</li> <li>Very good communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work effectively within an international team</li> <li>Strong sense of commitment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Ability to work accurately and to handle a large volume of work efficiently</p> <p>Ideally you live in Cologne, and you will need a EU passport (however, for applicants without a EU passport support to obtain a work permit will be given)</p> <p>IMMEDIATE START POSSIBLE</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
