<p><strong>Dynamic System Stress Engineer (m/f/d) - Helicopters</strong></p> <p>We have 1 superb job, based in beautiful South Germany - work we many take their holiday !</p> <p>For Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth we are looking for a rotor system strength department<br /> Strength engineer for parts of the dynamic system who has the opportunity in<br /> to work in an international and diverse environment.</p> <p><br /> The job holder (m/f/d) will be part of a team responsible for the analysis of rotor blades,<br /> metallic rotor parts, engine integration, flight controls and hydraulics for various Helicopters (H135, H145, Tiger and others) is responsible.</p> <p>The job holder works as a Dynamic System Stress Engineer (m/f/d) and will take on the following Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Dimensioning, analysis and proof of components of the dynamic system under</li> <li>Consideration of weight and performance aspects</li> <li>Carrying out static calculations and service life analyses for metal and carbon fibre&nbsp;components using analytical methods and FE analyses</li> <li>Evaluation of quality reports and construction deviations</li> <li>Proof of repairs and changes in the production process</li> <li>Answering customer questions and investigating operational incidents</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements</strong><br /> Self-motivated and independent way of working with good communication skills<br /> Own initiative and willingness to work in a team in a transnational environment with diverse people<br /> Interfaces to other disciplines<br /> <br /> <strong>Required qualifications</strong><br /> Engineering at least Masters / Diploma degree<br /> or<br /> Aerospace at least Master's / Diploma degree<br /> <br /> <strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> English (German would be an advantage)</p> <p><strong>Required experience</strong><br /> Dynamic Stress Engineer</p> <p><br /> <strong>Required other qualifications</strong><br /> Experience with common analytical strength methods (e.g. HSB, Bruhn, ESDU, Roark &amp; Young)<br /> Good knowledge of FEM (Hypermesh, Optistruct, NASTRAN, ABAQUS)<br /> Experience with durability analysis</p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>A valid EU passport is required (otherwise we will support and sponsor excellent candidates for a work permit).
