<p>We have on offer a INTERIM position with EASA as Applicant Services Assistant, located in Cologne. This would be a great opportunity for someone between jobs, student or someone looking to gain experience working for the EU Agency EU. Ideal opportunity for someone with a good command of English to improve his/her German language</p> <p><b>TASK</b> To support the further implementation of the Environmental Portal (work package II - review of documentation submitted by Portal Users, credential management and User support). Finally, due to the lack of development in digitalisation, specifically with regard to Pyli, no further efficiency gains are currently foreseen through automation of the registration process.</p> <p><strong>MAIN TASKS</strong> Overall purpose of the job</p> <p>1. Manages the credentials of environmental portal users</p> <p>2. Processes registration of incoming applications and issues certificates</p> <p>3. Manages applicant master data</p> <p>4. Answers to external queries</p> <p>5. Processes expert change notification of National Aviation Authorities </p> <p><strong>ADDITIONAL COMMENTS</strong> - Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (in particular Excel) - Good command of English language - Attention to detail - Good team worker and comfortable in an international work environment - Knowledge of ERP system (e.g. SAP) - advantageous</p> <p><strong>Start date: </strong>16. August to 1. September 2022 (latest)</p> <p>For this position, a EU passport is mandatory</p>
