About this role
<p><u><strong>Software and System Architect (f/m/d)</strong></u></p> <p>We have a superb job working for Airbus Manching in South Germany, in a beautiful part of South Germany</p> <p>The jobholder works as a Software and System Architect (f/m/d) for EW R&T and R&D Projects and<br /> the main tasks are:</p> <ul> <li>Developing EW (Electronic Warfare) solutions for Military Aircraft platforms, the E-Scan radar for</li> <li>Eurofighter, Defense Aids System and the Military Mission Management System for A400M</li> <li>Leading a team of system engineers</li> <li>Providing a conceptual and technical guidance for the research and technology/development projects</li> <li>Integrating the EW projects into a common avionics demonstrator</li> <li> Preparing Technology Readiness Reviews (TRL)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong><br /> Ability to respond to rapid changes in daily activities and priorities<br /> Good communication skills with an ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Disabled applicants with equal qualifications will be given special consideration.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Required educational studies</strong><br /> Electrical engineering at least master's / diploma / bachelor course<br /> or<br /> Informatics at least a master’s/diploma / bachelor degree</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills<br /> Matlab at least detailed. special skills<br /> Knowledge in C programming is a must have</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> German is a plus</p> <p><br /> <strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Electronic Warfare background is a must have<br /> Experience in System Architecture and Design is a must have<br /> Leadership experience is needed<br /> Experience in requirement capture & definition is required<br /> Experience in requirements management is needed</p>
