About this role
<p>The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as <strong>Project Manager for Programs Faculty </strong>at Airbus Hamburg.</p> <p>The responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to setting up a Competence Strategy for the Program Organisation</li> <li>Preparing of Competence Assessment campaigns, objectives definition, drumbeat for the function, analysis and action plan setup</li> <li>Competence & Learning Catalog clean up, rejuvenate and network animation</li> <li>Create a learning development plan (for domain only)</li> <li>Consolidation of learning development needs for Competence Strategy and check consistency with input from academies</li> <li>Learning deployment monitoring (Misc request from the function, Our Foundations)</li> <li>Define and prepare succession plans for different jobs and roles</li> <li>Develop an automated / more digital and integrated way for recurring processes</li> <li>KPI definition and setup monitoring system</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Good communication skills to ensure flow of information</li> <li>Ability to work in a transnational environment/team is required</li> <li>High degree of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and organizational skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified<br /> taken into account.</strong></p> <p>Please note that we accept CVs that are more than 3 months old at the time of offering<br /> are, cannot take into account!<br /> <br /> <strong>Required educational requirements</strong><br /> Comparable qualifications, at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Business administration at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> International management at least a bachelor's degree</p> <p><br /> <strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> HR Business Partner for at least 2 years<br /> Supplier management for at least 2 years<br /> Project management at least over 2 years</p> <p><br /> <strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills<br /> Technical background in Data Management, Monitoring System or Data Analytics is on<br /> advantage<br /> Experience with Google Workspace is an advantage</p> <p><br /> <strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> Knowledge in French or German is an advantage</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>Ideally you hold a valid EU passport (if not, we will sponsor excellent candidates for a work permit)</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Other information</strong></p> <p><a href="https://www.hamburg.com/welcome/" rel="no-follow">Hamburg Welcome Portal - hamburg.com</a></p> <p><a href="https://www.tourism.de/german-north-sea-coast/" rel="no-follow">German North Sea Coast - tourism.de</a></p> <p>If interested, please send full details of your experience, your availability and your present salary.
