It would be a win:win for you.</p> <p><strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The jobholder (f/m/d) works as a <strong>Global Procurement Process Manager</strong> and supports the overall<br /> Airbus Procurement Processes and Governance harmonization, simplification and integration as "One<br /> Airbus".</p> <ul> <li>Leading and managing processes for Airbus D&S Procurement</li> <li>Leading, driving and coordinating transversally the Process Management Team and as well composed of process owners and cross-sites / cross-functional process operational managers representing programs, Ethics and Compliance, Quality, Contract Management and Tools teams.</li> <li>Ensuring process continuous improvement e.g. supporting or leading business improvement projects, gathering and implementing feedback from procurement commodities operational representatives, facilitating workshops etc.</li> <li>Monitoring of process performance through Process Management Review meetings, KPIs definition and deployment, operations feedback analysis, best practices sharing, improvement plan, risks and opportunity plan</li> <li>Maintaining process maturity level in line with process management objectives</li> <li>Checking and managing the impact of internal (e.g. PSP Fields or Requirement) or external requirements (e.g. EN9100, ISO14001) applicable to the processes</li> <li>Managing interfaces to lead with other processes/domains and liaising with the relevant process</li> <li>Owners or POD's view against TOP MANAGER that may have interaction/requests or complains with the process Supporting the documentation rationalization and harmonization across the business</li> <li>Contributing and validating training and awareness material in close liaison with Procurement Academy</li> <li>Delivering awareness sessions to internal customers in line with the scope of responsibility</li> <li>Contributing to internal or external audits and support to closure of findings</li> <li>Ensuring with the support of the accountable Process Quality focal point that the Procurement process complies with applicable requirements</li> <li>Supporting Source Domain or Process Management Board reviews with key stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Self employed and proactive way of working</li> <li>Ability to work in an international team</li> <li>Communication, networking and team working ability</li> <li>Structured way of working</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified<br /> taken into account.</em></strong><br /> <br /> <strong>Required studies</strong><br /> Business administration at least master's / diploma course<br /> or<br /> Supply Chain / Logistics at least Master's / Diploma degree<br /> or<br /> Economics at least Master's / Diploma degree</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Purchase at least over 5 years<br /> Logistics at least over 5 years<br /> Project management for at least 5 years<br /> Quality management for at least 5 years</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> MS Project minimum knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Knowledge with ARIS would be a plus</p> <p><strong>Required knowledge</strong><br /> Project management at least very good knowledge<br /> Process management at least very good knowledge</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> German knowledge would be a plus</p> <p><strong>Tourism link</strong></p> <p><a href="https://www.triphobo.com/places/taufkirchen-bavaria-germany" rel="no-follow">Taufkirchen Tourism, Germany | Taufkirchen Trip Planner, Taufkirchen Travel Guide & Tips: Triphobo</a></p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>EU passport ideally, otherwise we can help you obtain a work permit</p>
