<p><strong>System Integration Engineer (m/f/d) for the Environmental Control Systems</strong></p> <p>Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth is looking for a System Integration Engineer (m/f/d) for the<br /> Environmental Control System - mainly for the EC135, BK117 D-2/D-3 and new developments.<br /> The Environmental Control System is a complex system with interfaces throughout<br /> Helicopters: from structure and interior trim to the avionics systems, engine and<br /> main gear.</p> <p>The Engineer shall be responsible for the basic approval requirements such as fresh air supply in the<br /> Cockpit, avionics cooling and window ventilation to ensure a clear view of the pilots in all<br /> ensure weather conditions. In addition, we also offer comfort extensions such as<br /> improved ventilation in the cockpit and cabin as well as the air conditioning.</p> <p>The job holder works as contractor (m/f/d) in the area of ??Installation and Design Responsible<br /> for ECS Systems and takes on the following tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Your task will be to assist in the mechanical integration of the various ventilation systems in the helicopter. This contains:</li> <li>Development and integration of new components and systems</li> <li>Concept development with all the challenges: Clarifying the interfaces with everyone involved</li> <li>Specialist departments, solutions and implications for fleet retrofits depending on which one is taken keep the decision in mind</li> <li>Detailed design to production standards (3D and 2D) for single parts and assembly drawings</li> <li>Supervision of the initial installation and any necessary design changes</li> <li>Support of the associated approval activities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements</strong><br /> Very good team skills<br /> Reliability</p> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em></p> <p><br /> <strong>Engineering studies</strong><br /> Engineering at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Aerospace at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Catia V5 at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> VPM at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> VPMECD</p> <p><br /> <strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> German and French an advantage</p> <p><strong>other qualifications</strong><br /> Aerospace design experience<br /> Experience in the development process</p>
