It wants<br /> give Europe its own unparalleled competencies in the field of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS),<br /> offering advanced strategic performance capabilities. The characteristics will include mission modularity<br /> for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR). As a four-nation project, Eurodrone wants<br /> strengthen European sovereignty by establishing and expanding an independent technological base in<br /> the field of unmanned aviation.</p> <p><br /> The department is responsible for the procurement of the commodities Software, Cyber ??Solutions<br /> and Digital Innovation in several projects working transversally in all program lines at Airbus Defence<br /> and Space.</p> <p><br /> The job holder works as a <strong>Commodity Manager - Security Services & Software Management for<br /> Eurodrone (f/m/d)</strong> and the main tasks are:</p> <ul> <li>Management of calls for tenders and supplier selections for security services and software for Eurodrones</li> <li>Negotiation of prices and contracts with challenging OEMs</li> <li>Development of commodity strategies</li> <li>Supporting various bids and projects in finding the right products, suppliers and licensing models for their customers</li> <li>Supplier management and performance feedback</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An organized person and fast learner</li> <li>An open-minded person and team worker</li> <li>Good communication skills</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified<br /> taken into account.</em></strong></p> <p><strong>Required educational studies</strong><br /> Engineering at least Masters / Diploma degree<br /> or<br /> Industrial engineer at least Master's / Diploma course<br /> or<br /> Business administration at least Master's / Diploma course</p> <p><br /> <strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Purchase at least over 3 years<br /> Procurement at least 3 years</p> <p><br /> <strong>IT</strong><br /> SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Strong interest and knowledge in Security Services and Software products<br /> Knowledge of procurement tools preferable (e.g. mysupply, eproc)</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> German would be a plus</p> <p> </p>
