About this role
<p>For our customer in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Frankurt a.M., Germany as part of temporary employment for the following position:</p> <p><strong>Key Supplier Manager IT (m/f/d)</strong><br /> Task profile:<br /> As "Key Supplier Manager IT" you will design, control, lead and develop professional Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) as part of IT purchasing for IT service providers in the Lufthansa Group. You are responsible for the supplier relationship from the conclusion of the contract over the entire contract cycle. Your tasks are:</p> <ul> <li>Introduction and implementation of the SRM processes, KPIs and tools within the defined framework</li> <li>Conception of the supplier-specific SRM framework</li> <li>Active supplier management for selected suppliers in cooperation with the specialist vendor management Commercial and contractual supplier management of all managed IT contracts incl.</li> <li>Extensions/renewals and offer management</li> <li>Performance/KPI measurements of IT contracts and active claim management in the event of contract violations</li> <li>Identification and use of optimization potentials and innovations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> Completed (technical) university studies in the field of economics, business informatics, business law, computer science or a comparable combination through professional experience and training<br /> Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, IT supplier relationship management, IT contract management and/or purchasing<br /> Accustomed to dealing with industry-specific and relevant purchasing applications<br /> High quality and cost awareness as well as entrepreneurial thinking<br /> Strong service orientation and communication skills<br /> Organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to deal with conflict<br /> assertiveness and persuasion<br /> Willingness to travel on business</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency:</strong><br /> English C1 - Expert language skills</p> <p>We offer you:<br /> a permanent employment contract<br /> Conditions according to Equal Pay (IG-Metall Tariff)<br /> Flexible working hours through a personal flextime account<br /> Continuous personal support from your contact person<br /> Travel allowance (Profiticket)<br /> employer-funded pension<br /> Bonus payments by employees recruit employees</p> <p>Have we piqued your interest?
