<p><strong>Applicant Services Assistant in the Resources and Support Directorate</strong></p> <p>We have a superb INTERIM position at EASA, it will be ideal for those already located in the Cologne area, and wish to use their time working for an EU Directorate. In the past, many of these positions have resulted in a direct placement with EASA</p> <p>Start date: 03/01/2023 </p> <p><strong>MAIN TASKS Overall purpose of the job </strong></p> <ul> <li>Manages the credentials of environmental portal users</li> <li>Processes registration of incoming applications and issues certificates M</li> <li>Manages applicant master data</li> <li>Answers to external queries</li> <li>Processes expert change notification of National Aviation Authorities A function is broken down into duties, which are formulated as action verbs (e.g. to advise, to appraise, etc.), it should be described what the position does and not how it is done (e.g. plans, prepares, produces, implements, processes, provides, schedules, completes, dispatches, maintains, liaises with, collaborates with, etc.)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (in particular Excel)</li> <li>Good command of English language</li> <li>Attention to detail -</li> <li>Good team worker and comfortable in an international work environment</li> <li>Knowledge of ERP system (e.g. SAP) - advantageous </li> </ul>
