<p><u><strong>OSC Obsolescence Project Leader (d/f/m)</strong></u></p> <p>We have great opportunity, with Airbus Helicopters Deutschland (ECD) in Donauwörth, for those capable of working at the highest levels, and with a interest in winter sports.</p> <p>You will join the Procurement Services Department. You will report to the Head of Obsolescence Service<br /> Center and functionally to the Obsolescence Team Leader. You will manage the obsolescence of a portfolio of products for all H/C ranges and will be the main interface of the Program Managers, the Strategic Buyers, the Suppliers and the Design Office, among other key stakeholders. You are the key player to manage the obsolescence cases which are part of your portfolio and you perform and drumbeat the necessary action plan to reduce the obsolescence risks of missing parts which may impact the Serial Production or the In-Service fleet of our customers. The job holder works as an OSC Obsolescence Project Leader (d/f/m) and takes on the following Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>The main interface with key internal stakeholders (Programs / Design Office / Strategic Buyers / Logistics) to manage & drumbeat the obsolescence case management from an end-to-end perspective (from case creation to the implementation of the new solution)</li> <li>The main local interface for the H135/H145 Program Managers</li> <li>The responsible for assessing the potential impacts of an obsolescence on serial production and support to reduce the risks and avoid facing missing parts</li> <li>The responsible for defining and setting-up priorities and relevant scenarios for the resolution of an obsolescence with the key stakeholders (Obsolescence team, Programmes, Suppliers, Strategic buyers, design office, etc.) The responsible to align programs and convince key stakeholders to select the most suitable scenario for the benefit of our fleet In your role, you will act as a Project Manager and will be joining a dynamic & multi-functional team to:</li> <li>Manage the operational treatment of obsolescence in respect with AH processes:</li> <li>Perform impact analysis on Airbus Helicopters fleet</li> <li>Define priorities by identifying critical obsolescence cases</li> <li>Identify and highlight obsolete references within Airbus Helicopters ERP to avoid selling parts which are no longer procurable or repairable</li> <li>Assess potential and suitable resolution scenario(s) and present them to the decision-makers</li> <li>Manage budget allocation and follow-up</li> <li>Follow-up the implementation of the selected resolution scenario (Redesign, Last Buy Order, material qualification, repair, other solutions)</li> <li>and make sure the implementation planning will be completed before the disruption date</li> <li>Keep the Obsolescence database up to date and ensure database consistency and accuracy</li> <li>Follow-up the Strategic Stocks and remaining stocks of parts, with the support of the OSC Logistics manager</li> <li>Perform the Obsolescence Days with your key Suppliers to address the Obsolescence strategy and</li> <li>Resolution of your main obsolescence topics, supported by the Strategic</li> <li>Buyers and the Obsolescence Lead Buyers</li> <li>Be the main representative of the OSC for obsolescence case in the Change Boards</li> <li>Identify the top obsolescence risks within your portfolio, present them to programs and launch / coordinate the necessary action plan to reduce those risks</li> <li>Ensure the communication & regular reporting of your Obsolescence activities to concerned</li> <li>stakeholders and to management</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br /> Helicopter basic knowledge<br /> Basics on AH change processes on the Helicopter lifecycle, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics,<br /> Tech Data, Support Departments (Spares & Repair)<br /> Experience and ability in Project Management, Ability to manage several topics in a complex & multicultural environment<br /> Good team spirit<br /> Good communication skills to translate technical topics into decision makers language, and to<br /> clearly present complex topics to Multi-Functional Team (MFT)<br /> Proactive, autonomous, welcome new challenges & pragmatic solution oriented Customer focused<br /> Strong ethical and compliance behaviour<br /> Rigor & ability to follow applicable processes, including regulatory requirements</p> <p><strong>Please submit the CV in English and German (use google translate)</strong></p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified<br /> taken into account.</strong></em></p> <p><br /> <strong>Required educational studies</strong><br /> Business administration at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Economics at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Purchasing department at least over 3 years<br /> Customer service/ customer service at least over 3 years<br /> Logistics at least over 3 years<br /> Aerospace at least over 3 years<br /> Project management at least over 3 years<br /> <strong>Supply chain at least over 3 years</strong></p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Excel at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> GSuite</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> (German would be of advantage)<br /> Business fluent English<br /> French would be a plus</p> <p><strong>Required other qualifications</strong><br /> Technical publications<br /> Sharepoint (called Sharecopter internally)<br /> Airbus Helicopters tools: Start / CMM / What is Where / Windchill (SCDM / CorePDM) / BFlow</p>
