About this role
<p>For our customer in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Frankfurt am Main (Germany) for the following position as part of temporary employment:</p> <p><strong>Business economist academic (economics, commercial law, fully qualified lawyer, psychology) (m/f/d) </strong></p> <p>Task profile:</p> <ul> <li>Advising managers on all labour law (collective/individual) issues</li> <li>Implementation of co-determination processes for the supervised area</li> <li>Advising managers on the individual career and development planning of their employees, for example as part of talent conferences</li> <li>Design and control of staffing processes from the definition of sourcing channels to the selection process and contract design to ensuring onboarding</li> <li>Analysis and processing of labour law issues and individual cases</li> <li>Operational integration management</li> <li>Initiation and implementation of projects on personnel policy issues and process optimization</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> (Technical) university studies, e.g. B.
