About this role
<p><strong>SAP based Digital tools suite manager</strong></p> <p><strong>We have a superb position working with Airbus Defence and Space (AGO), based in Taufkirchen, in beautiful South Germany. </strong></p> <p>The jobholder (f/m/d) works as a <strong>SAP based Digital tools suite manager </strong>and the main tasks are:</p> <ul> <li>Answer user requests & support helpdesk in resolution where needed</li> <li>Obtain necessary inputs from other departments / functions to resolve pending issues</li> <li>Perform ad-hoc parameter modifications in the SAP GUI</li> <li>Stakeholder management Escalate high-level incidents to relevant stakeholders (e.g. IT, Procurement, Finance). Regularly communicate with ERP roadmap team (i.e. ERP consolidation project in AD) to ensure alignment between mySupply & ERP landscape changes</li> <li>Manage mySupply Change Management portfolio. Perform regular user training & keep training materials up-to-date. Manage AD internal Google Site, along with communication & change materials</li> <li>Manage projects for modifications in mySupply. Align content & scope with requesters, business stakeholders & IT. Perform testing & prepare associated communication. Enhance project & tool documentation</li> <li>Support decommissioning of mySupply for Indirect Procurement (tool: Coupa). Consolidate reports, mappings, user lists, etc from mySupply</li> <li>Support decommissioning of mySupply for Direct Procurement (tool under investigation) Discuss potential replacement tool. Ensure integration of process & business related requirements. Manage knowledge transfer</li> <li>Support other ad-hoc projects (e.g. RPA, GR for Services)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Person with self-assurance and the ability to make decisions independently</li> <li>Good communication, stakeholders’ management and coordination skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and self-motivated</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants will be given special consideration if they are equally qualified.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Required studies</strong><br /> Informatics at least a master’s/diploma degree</p> <p><br /> <strong>IT</strong><br /> SAP/SRM at least knowledge of detailed functions</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> German, French or Spanish intermediate level would be a plus</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Knowledge in Procurement is required<br /> Experience with Airbus is a plus</p> <p><strong>Required knowledge</strong><br /> Stakeholder management is required</p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>Ideally you hold a valid EU passport, if no EU passport we will sponsor excellent candidates for a work permit.</p> <p>Sorry, Countries at odds with western Europe should not apply, at this time until the situation changes</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Other Information</strong></p> <p><a href="https://welcome-center-germany.com/category/lifestyle/munich/" rel="no-follow">Munich - Welcome Center Germany (welcome-center-germany.com)</a></p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
