About this role
<p>We require <strong>46 (forty six) </strong>equipment electricians, to come to HAMBURG and work on the world's most advanced / best aircraft.</p> <p>The job holder (d/m/f) works as an equipment electrician and has the following main tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Preparing electrical components according to the order at the construction site or workplace, e.g. fetching, reading, adjust, set up and set up</li> <li>Testing and checking (e.g. ground check, troubleshooting and troubleshooting)</li> <li>Installing electrical components and components (e.g. cable bundles and brackets), e.g.label, set up, lay, switch on, assemble, assemble and solder</li> <li>Adaptation of electrical components e.g. on device panels, circuit boards, sections as well as torquen and to back up</li> <li>Documentation of work and complaints</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>The ability to integrate into a group and to solve tasks together as well as being able to compromise and accept support from others</li> <li>The ability to be independent, focused and responsible over a longer period of time to work on a task</li> <li>Willingness to work shifts in a 2- or 3-shift system</li> </ul> <p><strong>Please note that we accept CVs older than 3 months at the time of offering<br /> cannot take into account !</strong></p> <p><strong>Required vocational training</strong><br /> Electrician at least vocational training with long-term work experience<br /> or<br /> Electronics technician for aeronautical engineering Systems (aircraft electronics technician) at least vocational training with long work experience</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Electrics at least over 2 years<br /> Manufacturing / production at least over 2 years<br /> Aerospace at least over 2 years<br /> Airbus experience an advantage</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German at least well versed (if not try and take a online crash course in German and we will plead your case)<br /> English at least advanced</p> <p><br /> <strong>Required knowledge</strong><br /> Installation of large electrical components such as cable bundles</p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>Ideally you hold a valid EU passport (if not, we will sponsor excellent candidates for a work permit)</p> <p><strong>Other information</strong></p> <p><a href="https://www.hamburg.com/welcome/" rel="no-follow">Hamburg Welcome Portal - hamburg.com</a></p> <p><a href="https://www.tourism.de/german-north-sea-coast/" rel="no-follow">German North Sea Coast - tourism.de</a></p> <p>If interested, please send full details of your design experience, your availability and your present salary.
