<p><u><strong>Dispatcher cutting tools & hand machine maintenance (d/m/f)</strong></u></p> <p>We have a superb job working for Airbus Aerostructures GmbH (ASA) near the historic town of Stade in North Germany</p> <p><strong>Job description and tasks</strong><br /> The job holder (d/m/f) is the main interface between operational functions such as manufacturing<br /> Engineering (ME) & Production to ensure cutting tool supply and the<br /> hand tool maintenance. As a member of the team cutting tools, drilling feed units and<br /> hand-held air tools together with the technology teams responsible for the<br /> continuous improvement of the logistical processes and technical processes to optimize the<br /> Cost structures for cutting tools (e.g. regrinding, service life, modification) & hand tools<br /> (Spare parts management, ordering system).</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Disposition of requirements in the area of ??cutting tool supply and the</li> <li>Hand tool maintenance including forecast, order and receipt</li> <li>Risk management and permanent controlling of material movements and intervention recognizable availability problems</li> <li>Processing of invoice errors (e.g. price, quantity) "Trouble Shooting"</li> <li>Carry out coordination talks with suppliers and provide information (decision proposals) for create the management level</li> <li>Agreements with planning and production</li> <li>Determine alternative material and / or carry out incident management (in the case of supplier problems, non-delivery, wrong delivery or delay of deliveries) "requirements planning" and "definition of the catalogues".</li> <li>Validate the catalog in terms of procurement management and / or plan the complete</li> <li>Commissioning based on existing framework agreements</li> <li>Independent needs assessment "service provider controlling/coordination"</li> <li>Determination, evaluation and presentation of future KPIs for service controlling</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> The ability to quickly recognize and analyze connections and functionalities<br /> Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to achieve goals on schedule and efficiently coordinate work processes<br /> Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels<br /> The ability to face challenging situations with calm and composure, while being confident demeanor and assertiveness<br /> The position is limited to the end of 2024. </p> <p><br /> <strong>Please note that we do not accept CVs older than 3 months at the time of offering may take into account</strong></p> <p><br /> Estimated interview dates are planned from week 3.<br /> <br /> <strong>Required educational Studies</strong><br /> Industrial engineer at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Business administration at least a bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Controlling for at least 3 years<br /> Scheduling / procurement of materials for at least 3 years<br /> Supplier management for at least 3 years<br /> Tool management experience desirable</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Excel at least detailed. special skills<br /> SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions<br /> Google Workspace</p> <p><strong>Required Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent German<br /> English at least well versed</p> <p><strong>Required knowledge</strong><br /> Airbus experience an advantage<br /> other qualifications<br /> Experience with processing, analysis and presentation of large amounts of data</p> <p><br /> </p>
