If you are ready to step up to the next level with Airbus, and have a interest in winter sports - this contract would be a great way to celebrate the start of 2023.</p> <p>The jobholder works as a Manager International & Industrial Partnerships (f/m/d) and the main tasks are:</p> <ul> <li>Development and implementation of suitable proposals to fulfill existing and future IC/Offset commitments</li> <li>Coordinate with internal and internal stakeholders to ensure holistic view of undertakings existing vs new IC/Offset projects</li> <li>Prepare projects for submission to Offset Authorities</li> <li>Project scouting within and outside of Airbus, out-of-the-box thinking in creation of IC/Offset opportunities including respective transfer into viable projects.</li> <li>Ensure compliance of undertakings with applicable processes, guidelines and procedures</li> <li>Support the approval process of IC/Offset projects</li> <li>Management and controlling of on-going IC/Offset commitments</li> <li>Liaison with internal technical / commercial project owners</li> <li>Monitor progress of IC/Offset projects, track and update as required</li> <li>Develop and implement mitigation actions for negative development</li> <li>Track and document progress and change control</li> <li>Preparation of offset reporting, including related follow-on activities</li> <li>Manage IC/Offset partners to timely provide their inputs to the reporting</li> <li>Collate and structure overall reporting documentation in the required formats</li> <li>Support queries and audits by the Offset Authorities, steer required actions and documentation preparation / delivery</li> <li>Support the Offset Authorities IC/Offset approval and crediting process</li> <li>Adherence to all pertinent compliance standards by proactively driving corresponding process activities</li> <li>Support for planning of trade fairs, local industrial activities, etc. in alignment with stakeholders</li> <li>Adherence to all pertinent compliance standards by proactively driving corresponding process activities</li> <li>Support for planning of trade fairs, local industrial activities, etc. in alignment with stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong><br /> Very good communication skills to speak with stakeholders and industrial partners<br /> Natural relationship builder with ability to present complex topics to an executive audience</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em></p> <p><br /> <strong>Required studies</strong><br /> Industrial engineer at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor course<br /> or<br /> Business administration at least Master's / Diploma / Bachelor course</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Controlling for at least 5 years<br /> Aerospace at least over 5 years<br /> Knowledge in reporting is necessary<br /> Experience in managing complex projects would be a plus</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Excel at least detailed. special skills<br /> MS Power Point at least detailed. special skills<br /> Knowledge with Google Suite would be a plus</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> Business fluent Spanish<br /> French or German would be a plus</p> <p><strong>Legal</strong> EU or NATO country passport mandatory</p>
