<p><strong><u>Procurement Specialist (d/m/f)</u></strong></p> <p>We have a great opportunity for a Procurement Specialist, to work via a contract with Airbus Defence and Space (AIR MAS) Manching in South Germany. This would be a superb start to 2023, with applicants with relevant Procurement experience to step up to the next level, with a interest in winter sports.</p> <p>The job holder works as a procurement clerk (d/m/f) and takes over the following tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Processing of requirements and procurement of electrotechnical standard hardware</li> <li>Management of documents that arise during the entire order/project processing maintenance of databases</li> <li>Requesting offers for different products, evaluating the offers</li> <li>Cooperation with the project management</li> <li>Checking the contractual realization of the delivery services, compliance with delivery dates,</li> <li>Requirements, documents as well as the filing and organization of all documents</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> Accurate, reliable and prudent working style</p> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified<br /> considered.</strong></em></p> <p><br /> <strong>Required vocational training</strong><br /> Industrial specialist at least vocational training<br /> or<br /> Specialist for office communication at least vocational training<br /> or<br /> Commercial training at least professional training</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Scheduling / procurement of materials for at least 3 years processing<br /> Supplier management<br /> at least over 3 years<br /> Good experience in documentation maintenance is a must<br /> Electrical engineering experience is desirable</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills<br /> Good knowledge of SAP is an advantage</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German would be an advantage<br /> English at least advanced<br /> </p>
