<p>Superb position now open at Airbus Defence and Space (AIR MAS), located in beautiful South Germany.</p> <p>The jobholder (f/m/d) works as a Manager Digital Sales and Marketing Collaboration and the main<br /> tasks are:</p> <p><strong>Business requirements management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identifying, capturing, analysing and documenting sales and marketing business application requirements</li> <li>Liaising with Information Management (IM) regarding application development and change</li> <li>Managing the sales and marketing business application landscape and lifecycle</li> <li>Ensuring appropriate quality of deliverables</li> </ul> <p><strong>Business modelling</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensuring proper modelling of business and process support in sales and marketing applications</li> </ul> <p><strong>Business application development roadmap</strong></p> <ul> <li>Planning and managing changes to and enhancements of sales and marketing business applications functionalities</li> <li>Ensuring strategic fit of business applications roadmap for company and departmental goals</li> </ul> <p><strong>Project management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Being accountable for proper application of project management methodologies for respective projects</li> <li>Ensuring consistent delivery on time, cost and quality of respective projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personnel requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work-structured and a problem-solving mentality</li> <li>Strong professional communication and team working skills</li> <li>Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic competences</li> <li>Interested in digitalization and change management</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified<br /> taken into account.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Required qualifications</strong><br /> Business administration at least a bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Economics at least Bachelor's degree</p> <p><br /> <strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills<br /> SAP/ERP</p> <p><strong>Required knowledge</strong><br /> Project management at least good knowledge<br /> Knowledge in AGILE and LEAN principles are required</p> <p><br /> <strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> Business fluent English<br /> German language skills would be a plus</p> <p><strong>Required work experience</strong><br /> Experience in Information Systems, Sales, Marketing or equivalent is necessary<br /> Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic competences are required</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Tourism link</strong></p> <p><a href="https://www.triphobo.com/places/taufkirchen-bavaria-germany" rel="no-follow">Taufkirchen Tourism, Germany | Taufkirchen Trip Planner, Taufkirchen Travel Guide & Tips: Triphobo</a></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Legal</strong></p> <p>EU passport ideally, otherwise we can help you obtain a work permit</p> <p> </p>
