Dynamic System Stress Engineer (m/w/d)

<p>For Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth, Germany&nbsp; we are looking for a Stress&nbsp;Engineer for parts of the dynamic system, who has the possibility to work in a international and diverse environment.</p> <p>The job holder (m/f/d) will be part of a team responsible for the analysis of rotor blades,</p> <p>metallic rotor parts, engine integration, flight control and hydraulics for various Helicopter (H135, H145, Tiger and others).</p> <p>The position holder(s) works as a Dynamic System Stress Engineer (m/f/d) and takes over the following <strong>Tasks</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Dimensioning, analysis and verification of components of the dynamic system under Consideration of weight and performance aspects</li> <li>Execution of static calculations and lifetime analyses for metal and</li> <li>Carbon Fibre components with the help of analytical methods and FE analyses</li> <li>Evaluation of quality reports and construction deviations</li> <li>Proof of repairs and Changes in the production process</li> </ul> <p>Answering customer questions and investigating incidents from operations</p> <p><strong>Personal requirements</strong></p> <p>Self-motivated and independent way of working with good communication skills</p> <p>Initiative and willingness to work in a transnational environment with diverse</p> <p>Interfaces to other disciplines</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Experience with Stress Analysis and with&nbsp;HSB, Bruhn, ESDU, Roark &amp; Young. Good FEM knowlege required&nbsp;&nbsp;(ie Hypermesh, Optistruct, NASTRAN, ABAQUS).
