<p><u><strong>About the airline</strong></u></p> <p>Our airline client is a scheduled airline in Oceania, operating domestic and international routes with regional small aircraft. </p> <p><u><strong>Position</strong></u></p> <p>We are looking for Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, applicable B2 rating for <strong>ATR72-500, </strong><strong>Saab340</strong> and <strong>B737CL</strong> based in Oceania on a permanent basis. </p> <p>Reporting to the Aircraft Maintenance Manager, the suitable candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with ensuring compliance to the airlines Part 145 Exposition to support the Release to Service of Company Aircraft</li> <li>Provide Avionic Certification support to the Engineer in Charge or Delegate</li> <li>Undertake Aircraft Maintenance Engineering tasks as required. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u><strong>Requirements</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Having at least 5 years of Line Maintenance experience</li> <li>Holding CASA/EASA/ICAO/FAA Maintenance Engineers Licence with aircraft rated in Avionics: Radio, Electric, Instruments</li> <li>Strong trouble shooting and fault-finding skills </li> <li>Strong Aircraft Mechanical and Avionic knowledge </li> <li>Ability to work remotely </li> <li>Good communication skills both oral and written </li> <li>Attention to detail and pragmatic in approach </li> <li>The ability to take ownership of problems and firmly drive the implementation of their solutions. </li> <li>Strong computer skills to support EMCS </li> <li>Having the ability to obtain a Working Visa for Entry and Work within the country</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u><strong>Terms</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Remuneration: Up to USD 80,000 per annum.</li> <li>Employment: Permanent hire</li> <li>Starting date: ASAP</li> <li>Base and Line maintenance</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Base maintenance Shift: Standard day shift + Operational requirement Overtime <ul> <li>07h00 - 15h30: 8 hours / 40 hours per week</li> <li>Monday - Friday</li> <li>Day shift</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Line maintenance Shift: requirement to make aircraft serviceable <ul> <li>07h00 - 19h30: 12 hours / 48 hours per week</li> <li>4 days rotating</li> <li>Some shifts: required to work maximum 16 hours due Operational requirements</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Positioning flights: assisted</li> <li>Accommodation: initial support of Individual in Company flat for 4-6 week</li> <li>Ground transport: Use of Engineering car for transport to and from work</li> <li>Other benefits: <ul> <li>Staff travel on Network.</li> <li>Free Health care</li> <li>Fun, supportive family airline</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u><strong>General</strong></u></p> <p>These are rare and exciting opportunities for expatriates who are willing to relocate and establish a career path of growth within the company.</p> <p>The right candidate will be supported in obtaining the working visa and converting its existing licence to the relevant CAA licence with applicable rating.
