<p><u><strong>Equipment engineer for EF mission computers and sensors (d/m/f)</strong></u></p> <p>We have a great contract with Airbus Defence and Space (AIR MAS), located in Manching. Are you ready to step up to the next level with Airbus, and do you like winter sports ?</p> <p>For Airbus Defense and Space in Manching, the Eurofighter Qualification & Equipment department Engineering” Support wanted. This involves both the new development and the Further development and obsolescence cleanup of devices in direct contact with customers as well with the manufacturer.<br /> The job holder is an Equipment Engineer for EF Mission Computers and Sensors (d/m/f) active. The area of responsibility is broken down in detail as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Analysis of the overriding system and customer requirements and deriving the necessary ones device requirements</li> <li>Coordination of the equipment development involving the internal specialist departments and the Eurofighter partner companies</li> <li>Support and monitoring of the equipment qualification at the manufacturer</li> <li>Accompanying and monitoring the subsequent system qualification</li> <li>Validation and coordination of development documentation</li> <li>Accompaniment and monitoring of change management</li> <li>Processing of technical inquiries from customers, equipment manufacturers and Eurofighter partners</li> <li>Companies within the framework of in-service support</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal requirements:</strong><br /> An independent and at the same time cooperative way of working in an international team<br /> Strong creativity as well as an analytical and structured approach</p> <p><br /> <em><strong>Severely disabled applicants are given special status if they are equally qualified taken into account.</strong></em><br /> <br /> <strong>Required Studies</strong><br /> Electrical engineering at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Aerospace at least Bachelor's degree<br /> or<br /> Mechanical engineering at least a Bachelor's degree</p> <p><strong>Required Experience</strong><br /> technical documentation at least over 1 year<br /> First experience in the development of devices and systems is a must</p> <p><strong>IT</strong><br /> MS Office at least detailed. special skills</p> <p><strong>Linguistic proficiency</strong><br /> German would be an advantage<br /> Business fluent English</p> <p><strong>Required expertise</strong><br /> Knowledge of aviation standards and processes is an advantage<br /> Knowledge of infrared image recognition and processing is nice to have<br /> </p> <p><strong>Legal: </strong>EU passport or NATO Passport mandatory</p>
